Checkout the forum about comments on getting good sound from your exhaust. A recent comment on the Jardine discoloring is echoed in other places in this forum in the past threads. I have seen a Jardine on a Savage and it was golden brown, but it kinda looked good in its own way. But it was not bright chrome anymore, for sure. Just be sure what you are after is just sound. There are supposed to be $50 solutions from JC whitney which gives good sound.
